If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
We can customise 100 ml cans of extra virgin olive oil, jars of preserves, honey and taralli.
We accept:

- PayPal (also with payment in 3 instalments)
- Klarna
- Bank transfer in advance
- Satispay
- Cash on delivery (only for orders within Italy, with surcharge)
Once we receive the return, we will process the refund within 3 working days.
Each product has an expiry date indicated on the label. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
We are available from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and may be subject to delays due to external factors such as courier logistics problems, adverse weather conditions and place of delivery.
- Italy: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 3-5 working days
During checkout the exact shipping amount will be calculated automatically and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Yes, the minimum order varies depending on the product. Please contact us for more details.
Yes! By subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a code that you can use during checkout to receive a free product. Valid only for the first order.
Prices vary according to the total weight of the parcel and in any case from:
- Italy: €9.90 (FREE for orders over €49.90)
- Europe: from 13.90€
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link for tracking the shipment.

We use safe packaging to ensure that products arrive undamaged and fresh. For fragile products, we use impact protection.

Yes! We offer the possibility to customise our product labels for special events such as weddings, christenings, communions and other occasions.
Yes, you can select the gift wrapping option at an additional cost.
No, you can also buy as a guest. However, having an account allows you to manage your orders and preferences more easily.
No, discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to products already on promotion.
Yes, during checkout you can enter a different shipping address and add a customised message.
We only accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return procedure.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change or cancel it.
